This decadent double-layered skirt is made with 35 yards of luscious lavender chiffon.

It features loads of fluff on the bottom tiers, a double face satin bow and an adjustable, covered waistband which allows you to make the skirt smaller.

Toddler (0-5) Length 9" and waist 18-24". While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures16" and fully stretched measures 24".

Small (3-5) Length 13" and waist  18-24". While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24".

This double-layered skirt is made with 35 yards of luscious chiffon with loads of fluff on the bottom tiers.

Each Pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband allowing you to make the skirt smaller.
